Shipping and Collections
We would dispatch all ordered goods once available upon received of full payment. Or you may collect your order from our office with your order confirmation and your photo ID when the order is collected. If you not able to collect the products yourself, the collector’s photo ID together with your written authorization must be presented at order collection.
Once you or the collector signed on the receipt of the products at collection, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered afterward.
A Typhoon 8 or Rainstorm may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. You will be notified with the rescheduled delivery date and time of your order.

1.1 Acceptance of Products
When the product is delivered, please check your ordered product in the presence of Carrier to confirm the model, quantity, color, size and any damages. If you discover any shortfall, inconformity, obvious material or production defects or damage to the product, please notify us immediately by email or phone. Any requested return or exchange shall be subject to the terms below in clause 12 “Return and Exchange”.
1.2 Storage of Merchandise
Once your products arrived at our warehouse, Eccellenza will notify you about the Collection Date and the maximum storage period of your order is 30 days from the relevant Collection Date. Otherwise, you will be subject to a storage fees of HKD2000/month Or resell the purchased items.
A full month's Storage Fee will be charged for any Ordered Item(s) at our warehouse after the 30 Days Storage Period, even if the actual period of storage is less than one full month.
Eccellenza reserves the right to change or terminate these Terms for any reason without liability at any time.
