1 General
Thank you for visiting Eccellenza Life Style’s website (the “Site”). By using our Services, such as browsing or placing orders on the Site, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions (“T&C”) and authorize Eccellenza to collect, use and store any information provided by you.
With your usage of the Site, you also explicitly agreed to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in all respects. By placing any order, the customer(s) confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms.
Eccellenza reserves the right to make any changes or any part of this T&C from time to time, as well as any transaction in our sole discretion.
2 Privacy Policy
We are committed to protect your personal data privacy and set out our privacy policy below (“Privacy Policy”).
We will abide by our Privacy Policy in collecting, using and safekeeping of your personal data. By using our services, you agree that we may collect, use and keep information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy and you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, you should terminate your use of the Site and our services.

You are not obligated to provide any information to us, but we may collect your personal data when you make purchase with us, register an account with us or when we provide other customer services to you. The personal data we collect from you may include your name, gender, date of birth, credit card details, address, email address, telephone number or other information about you. 3 Registration
You may request to register an account to use some of the services available to you on the Site.
4 Prohibitions
We may take actions against you including the following, but not limited to
- a) Using technical measures to affect our Services in any way;
- b) Sending any kinds of advertising or marketing messages;
- c) Posting any content(s) with unlawful, abusive, racial and ethnical material(s).
- d) Starting of chain letters.
5 Intellectual Property
All software and “Content” are the intellectual property of Eccellenza and are protected by copyright laws and international treaty. All trademarks, tradenames, brand names, logos, product names and titles, whether registered or unregistered, as used on the Site are intellectual properties owned by Eccellenza or our third-party trademark or tradename holders. Unauthorized actions to distribute, reproduce and/or publish any Content from our Site may result in claims and criminal penalties.
6 Purchase Eligibility
To place orders with us, you must be aged 18 years or above. In placing an order with us, you authorize Eccellenza to process charges on your credit/debit card for the total amount of purchase price of your order. You also authorize us to use your personal information for anti-fraud checks.
If you are under 18 and using our Services, you must have obtained the guardians’ approval before usage of the Site.
All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping basket are only available until sold out and not reserved.
Eccellenza reserves the right to only accept orders if you are aged 18 or above.
7 Product Descriptions
Eccellenza will try to ensure that the product descriptions on the Site are complete and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that any Content and/or product descriptions are current or error-free from time to time.
8 Payment
We do accept payments by Visa, MasterCard for all orders.
Should you placing an order using any of the above payment methods, you confirm that the credit/debit card account used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner to use it. Otherwise, Eccellenza, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Prior to receive the full payment of your order, we will not be bind as the acceptance of your order.
Once your order accepted by us, the contract between you and Eccellenza shall be concluded after we send you the order confirmation for your order acceptance.
9 Order Acceptance
Information on the Site is only an invitation to treat and is not an offer under contract law. Once you make an order on our Site, your order is an offer to purchase the Products listed in your order from Eccellenza on these T&C for Eccellenza’s acceptance.
Eccellenza reserves its right not to accept an order for any reason in its sole discretion, should the product you ordered is out of stock, or sub-standards or we are unable to receive the relevant payment.
Our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible if we are unable to accept your order with your provided information.
10 Shipping and Collections
We would dispatch all ordered goods once available upon received of full payment. Or you may collect your order from our office with your order confirmation and your photo ID when the order is collected. If you not able to collect the products yourself, the collector’s photo ID together with your written authorization must be presented at order collection.
Once you or the collector signed on the receipt of the products at collection, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered afterward.
A Typhoon 8 or Rainstorm may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. You will be notified with the rescheduled delivery date and time of your order.

10.1 Acceptance of Products
When the product is delivered, please check your ordered product in the presence of Carrier to confirm the model, quantity, color, size and any damages. If you discover any shortfall, inconformity, obvious material or production defects or damage to the product, please notify us immediately by email or phone. Any requested return or exchange shall be subject to the terms below in clause 12 “Return and Exchange”.
11 Payment for Preordered Items
If you wish to purchase any item(s) that is out-of-stock or unavailable at present but available for pre-order (at Eccellenza’s discretion), you may pre-order such product (“Pre-Ordered Item”) by placing a full purchase price at Eccellenza store or this Site (as directed by Eccellenza).
- Eccellenza do not guarantee the availability of any Pre-Ordered Item or delivery by a requested date.
- You must present the original Payment Receipt(s) with the amount in full to receive the relevant Pre-Ordered Item. Copies of the Deposit Receipt will not be accepted. No return, exchange or refund is allowed for any Pre-Ordered Item.
- Should the Pre-Ordered Item unavailable for any reason, Eccellenza will use your provided contact information to notify you. Any refund, due to product unavailability, will be issued in Hong Kong dollars by cheque(s)
- Any Payment or Pre-Ordered Item(s) unclaimed after the 30 Days deadline, the paid goods will be handled at Eccellenza’s sole discretion.
If any dispute arises about these T&C, Eccellenza’s decision will be final.
12 Return and Exchange
Eccellenza may decline any request to return or exchange any products and this Returns Policy applies to ALL in-store and/or online purchases and the decision of Eccellenza shall be the final.
Products may be exchanged (subject to stock availability) or returned within 7 days of purchase provided the products are in its original conditions with the original invoice, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling and boxes.
12.1 Damaged product
If your purchased products is damaged/faulty we will provide a replacement (depending on stock availability) or a refund based on your preference, subject to our Returns Policy.
You shall call us and send a picture of the damaged product and its packaging, clearly showing us the fault/damage to [info@eccellenzagroup.com] with the following information:
- your name;
- your order number;
- product name and code;
- description of the damage/fault; and
- your preference for a replacement item or refund.
13 Storage of Merchandise
Once your products arrived at our warehouse, Eccellenza will notify you about the Collection Date and the maximum storage period of your order is 30 days from the relevant Collection Date. Otherwise, you will be subject to a storage fees of HKD2000/month Or resell the purchased items.
A full month's Storage Fee will be charged for any Ordered Item(s) at our warehouse after the 30 Days Storage Period, even if the actual period of storage is less than one full month.
Eccellenza reserves the right to change or terminate these Terms for any reason without liability at any time.
14 Limitation of Liability
Neither Eccellenza nor any of its affiliates, suppliers, or service providers will be liable for damages of any kind resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site or from any content or description of any product posted on the Site or from the purchase or use of the products purchased through the Site, unless such damage is the result of any fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of Eccellenza.
The maximum liability of Eccellenza and its affiliates, suppliers, or service providers for all damages, losses and causes of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed HKD1,000.
The above limitations shall apply to the extent permitted under the relevant laws and regulations.
15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Terms and Condition, together with all our policies and procedures, are governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong SAR law. The Court of Hong Kong SAR will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim associated with theseT&C.
